Refund & Cancellation
At Meaty Delights, we are committed to delivering premium-quality fresh meat and seafood. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our refund and cancellation policy is structured to ensure fairness while maintaining strict food safety standards.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within a limited time after placement, before processing begins.
- Once the order has been prepared, packed, or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible due to hygiene and food safety regulations.
- To request cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following cases:
- Incorrect product delivered
- Damaged or spoiled product upon delivery
- Missing items in the order
Customers must notify us within 1 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof of the issue.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Improper storage of products after receipt
- Minor variations in size, cut, or weight (within reasonable limits)
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
Refund Process
- Once the issue is verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
